We collect all your SMS information from your device, but only via analyzing financial SMS to conduct anti-fraud checks and identifying potential fraudulent activities while you are using our App.

We only collect 3 emergency contact automatically fill by users with users' proactive consent while you are using our App.

DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may delete your personal information: (1) If you believe it’s no longer necessary for us to retain such personal information; (2) If you do not believe we have legitimate ground for processing it; (3) If you think we are using such personal information unlawfully; (4) If you think applicable law requires that we do so, by following 3 ways:

1.You may ask us to delete your personal information within 72 hours by sending deletion request to service@credit-cash-online.com (as defined under applicable law)

2. You may delete your personal information by yourself in the App by logining you account, click and enter "Account" page,click and enter “Delete individual data” page, click the "Delete" button, and the "Confirm" button in the pop-up window, wait 3 seconds to delete successfully.

3. If you have not logged into this Platform with his/her account for 12 consecutive months, we have the right to automatically delete your personal information from the database by default.

Please note that in the following situations, you can not be able to successfully delete your personal information:

1. In-progress loans: If you have incomplete loan applications or ongoing loan processes, we may need to retain relevant information to complete loan approvals and processing.

2. Outstanding bills: If you have outstanding bills or pending transactions, we may need to retain relevant information to facilitate payment and maintain records.

3. App usage traces: If there are usage records or activity traces on the app, this data may need to be retained to ensure the proper functioning of the application and provide services.
